scratchy: yes, the multiplicity of distributors, country cat#s, combined with the small print in the continent's main tongues on the labels, make this better flagged as yeurppean, than only german.
wea yeurrp obviously expected to distribute it to retailers across all eu territories without their own, more local release.
Scans added for sleeve, lyrics/credits inner and labels. Though pressed in Germany (sleeve printed there also) my copy seems much more like a pan-european release. The label does not list any specific rights organisation e.g. GEMA/BIEM/STEMRA/MCPS. There are notes for German, French and British cat#s top right on outer sleeve, and WEA distribution companies listed bottom left of the outer sleeve for Belgium, Germany, England, France, Italy, Netherlands, Austria and Sweden.
