The reason I listed it as UK is not the fact that it's made there (I posted my comment because the label doesn't give clue about its origin), but the absence of the bilingual rimtext and the rights society. Especially the latter suggests a release off mainland Europe.
If the cover determines the pressing, you should add the Irish pressings under the European flag as well. They use the same standard Europe sleeve.
Bar codes weren't used everywhere during the early days of Eliminator. Southern Europe didn't rely on "European" records, they pressed their own.
The cover however, reveals that it is an EU pressing. Further digging would confirm this as this cat# and bar code combination was widely used across Europe and Scandinavia. In Greece and Spain for some reason it was released without the bar code but with the same cat#. This should be listed here as the details are the same. Looking at that page it also looks like all of this has been said before.
The runout stamping reveals that this is a UK pressing (▽420 V, pressed at PRS Ltd, lacquer cut at Trident Studios). Comes with a standard European cover.
