Gatefold sleeve, includes center stapled booklet with song titles, lyrics, photos and art.
Monarch delta numbers: Δ15543 & Δ15543-X
Original 73096 copies issued in double pocket textured card stock gatefold sleeve, with thumb tab on right inside gatefold to house twelve page lyric, photo, credit booklet.
Later 93096 copies include a gatefold sleeve with a center stapled twelve page lyric, photo, credit booklet.
My version has the textured cover with the thumb tab with a 93096 sticker on the cover. Also, the label says UNI-93096 but it is clearly on the MCA label. Another transitional version.
I have the 73096 copy and the jacket has texture to it but it does not have the thumb tab and the booklet is glued In. Was this a transition version between the 73096 w/ thumb tab and the 93096 issue?
Added 1st pressing labels from Pinkneyville, IL fmc. These images are similar to images 529407 and 529408 difference is, those are 2nd pressing labels.
The label differentials are:
- {Images #579396 & 579397} - Gloversville, NY
- {Images #948801 & 948802} - Monarch pressing (as clearly indicated)
- {Images #529407 & 529408} - Pinckneyville, IL (which would clearly be the second-pressing; 73096 first-pressings from that plant would have had the same label type layout but for the difference in cat. #)
