I have the 1981 reissue of this on Tamla Motown STMS 5030 which has the two "Moon" tracks A2 and A3 as one song on both the label and sleeve, which fits in with the actual vinyl. It is interesting to see that the label on this release suggests they are two separate tracks.
Hi Steve, this is a reissue from 1974/75; the ABC label did not exist in England in 1969, when this was first issued as Stateside SSL 5010 - that machine-stamped number can be seen crossed-through in the deadwax. The album was first reissued on Probe (which replaced Stateside for ABC/Dunhill records) in 1970 or 1971, and Anchor Records Ltd. who marketed this album, was founded in 1974. I believe that EMI did all of Anchor's pressings, which would explain how the original Stateside masters came to be used for this.
