Released with a limited, bonus 7-inch single Long Tall Sally / I Saw Her Standing There. Although Get Back closes the album, Paul McCartney actually opened the show with I Saw Her Standing There followed by Long Tall Sally and Get Back.

All three songs were later included on the 1990 double CD Royal Concert, which included highlights from both the 1986 and 1987 shows.
