 Now understanding how the 2004 Elvis At Sun was made, these previous reissues did not use Sun's original masters, but RCA reprocessed masters based on the Sun masters. Or were they based on Sun unprocessed tapes.
Sun applied its echo during live recording so RCA had that for sure.
Anyway this LP sounds like garbage.

 Judging by another copy of Trying To Get To You that I have, this LP has NONE of the original Sun reverb.
Why would they not use the Sun "masters"? They lose that processing and echo that Sam Philips created.
Same things comparing other songs to original 78s or 45s around the web.
