The above is a 12" picture disc which, against a blue background, depicts the shot used on USA LP MGM E/SE 3893 CONNIE FRANCIS SINGS SONGS TO A SWINGING BAND. The "A" side of the disc surface also features a yellow outer edge band with the title "THE VERY BEST OF*" printed 5 times in clockwise fashion inside it; a red lipsticked impression, the misspelled "CONNY FRANCIS" in red, and song titles and credits listed in white. "B" side is the same, but without song titles and credits. Manufacture is credited to the EEC, publication date given as 1987, copyright society listed as "ncb" and catalog number given as AR 30083. The disc is provided in a transparent plastic 'envelope', with "EXCLUSIVE PICTUREDISC" catalog insert. The insert, however, features references to Dutch picturedisc magazine and promotion.

Picture and identical lipstick impression were first used on the 7" single picture disc LIPSTICK ON YOUR COLLAR/EVERYBODY'S SOMEBODY'S FOOL.
