Notes

The South African pressing for this was on the CBS label charting 05 November 1987 with a #5 peak. I suspect that most copies pressed in Zimbabwe were also on CBS but perhaps due to a momentary lapse of reason or labels running out they chose to use the MOTOWN label for this one. I suspect the only pressing anywhere where the Floyd appeared on the Motown label, funky though they are. Spelling error on both sides showing the second half of the band's name as FLYOD. This copy came in a generic GRAMMA RECORDS sleeve it seems. An oddity indeed.

this was not the only example of such oddness at the time. merely i suspect a "waste not want not" mentality (let's use up those old labels rather than throw them away even if this is not a real Motown production - due to shortages of foreign currency to import paper for label printing perhaps. It's a reality in the third world at times ...).

Pink FLYOD [sic] on Motown?! Clearly not produced during a lucid interval. :-)

#3 - Sweden, UK, Germany, USA
#4 - France, Holland
#5 - South Africa
#14 - Finland.
