Notes

This is based upon the ancient Celtic story of The Voyage Of Bran which was later christianised into "The Brendan Voyage" - The Voyage of Saint Brendan. Linked to this story are the names of numerous Irish folk groups who took their names from the story. Amongst these is the name Dé Danann - the "God People" of Danu (another Irish folk group).
