Vinyl Album
Notes The recordings made by Tom Scholz (all instruments except drums), Jim Masdea (drums) and Brad Delp (all vocals) in Scholz' home studio prior to signing with Epic. Once they did, all of these songs were re-recorded from scratch. "Life Isn't Easy" and "San Francisco Day" were rewritten with new lyrics and became different songs; "Don't Be Afraid" was retooled and wound up on their second album, "Don't Look Back." The late fade-ins and fade-outs, most likely to omit the DJ talking over the start and end, plus the audible multipath noise on some of the tracks point to the source of this bootleg having been a stereo FM broadcast. When and where is still undocumented. Images
