Bopcat is obviously a bootleg label (not "Unknown Country").
A Side label states for Elvis Presley: E. AARON.
B Side label states for Jerry Lee Lewis: THE HAWK.
Both camouflages are intended for mislead or set at ease the vinyl manufacturer.
Later pressings state real names of both artists on labels.

Title on cover: Good Rocking Tonight. Catalogue on cover: LP-100. Mono. Released circa 1973.

Re "Warren Smith" track (B2): both artist and title are wrong. In fact that is "Keepin' All My Lovin'" performed by Pee Wee Trahan aka Johnny Rebel:

Re Jerry Lee Lewis tracks:
Track B3 "Milshake Madamoiselle" is first issued alternate take, not yet reissued anywhere else, except on CD version of that LP by same label in 2011.
Track B5 "Great Balls Of Fire" is not a some alternate take (as back cover states), but the very rare film version from the Warner Bros. movie "Jamboree!" (1957). Hint for distinguish this film version from all others: at 1'19" Jerry Lee laughs.
