checkm8 8th Oct 2017		I might add that the significance of "The Second Time Around" to the Seattle Supersoncis was that they were in The NBA finals in both 1978 and 1979 (both times against the Washington Bullets), and although they lost in 1978, they won in 1979 (i.e., the second time around).

"The Second Time Around" was a charting single that reached: #8 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart #1 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Soul Singles chart #1 on the U.S. Billboard Dance chart In 1980, Shalamar made a promotion of "The Second Time Around" for the radio station KJR in Seattle, called "The Sonics Came to Play," dedicated to the Seattle SuperSonics who had won the NBA Championship the previous year.
