Released exclusively for Rough Trade stores on 180gr gold vinyl and limited to 500 copies. Charly Records cat# CHARLYL197 appears on the spine and cover sticker. The artwork is a straight copy of the original 1967 International Artists (USA) release including the cat# and label design but this is Charly Records release.

Lee Wrecker 1st Aug 2017		Linked to the UK 1979 Radar release which is the master/primary release on 45cat. There are only these two versions on here at the moment but I bet Bgray1 or the Droid will post an original version soon. I've also sent a request to link the many versions of the "Elevators" name via the forum just make sure we keep them all together. Should we add International Artists and the original cat# as secondary labels and cat#s? My feeling is that we shouldn't and we should treat this like a Dutch Music On Vinyl, or even some Rhino releases that often do a similar thing in copying everything from the original artwork including labels and cat#s. This release is not great more like reasonable or average sound quality I'd say but it is one of the cheapest ways to get a vinyl copy of this album these days. A bit of a let down when you consider its pedigree coming through both Charly and Rough Trade but that's how it goes sometimes. Would I sell it? No way!
