 Didn't think so, since the other group listed here was from Milwaukee, WI, led by Sam McCue, ca. early 1960's

 Under the "Demonstration Not For Sale Stamp" on the rear sleeve it states: "Arrangements by Bill Ramal. These arrangements as played by "The Legends" have been made available by Leeds Music Co. Contact your local music dealer."
There's a lot of info on the internet about Bill Ramal.
At a guess I would say that it's a studio group so named to tie in with the general ambience of the LP. Four of the tracks relate to "Johnny And The Hurricanes" with whom he had previously worked with.

 Do you have any more information on who this group is?
I may be mistaken, but I don't think they're the same line up as the group that recorded on Ermine and Capitol
