 Main cover image is to celebrate the fifth anniversary of Columbia's introduction of the 33 1/3 LP record in 1948. The later image shown was for releases after that date, which has caused some confusion as to the release date of this LP. Some sources indicate 1954 or 1955 which would be suggested by the second cover and the "6 eye" label.

There was a third cover supposedly on the very first issue, however some sources suggest that this may have been on a 10" LP. however I cannot confirm this as I only have the two versions shown.
