This album is dedicated to the memory of our brother, Rickie Lee Reynolds, he passed away right after we started recording this album, we love you Rickie Lee, you'll never be forgotten.

My good friend Matt Green at Cleopatra Records came up with the idea of us doing a cover album after hearing Homeward Strut by Tommy Bolin, who was my friend and brother of Johnnie Bolan, our drummer for over 35 years, he is still our brother, and we love him.

Rickie Lee and I had been together since the 9th grade, so after he passed, I was lost. My Sammy B helped me immensely and her and I did all the vocals recorded on this album.
The great Tim Rossi and Kinley Wolfe were godsends to me, I have known Kinley since back in the Shawn Lane days when he was only 16.
Also, the beautiful Sammy B. Seauphine sings lead on Don't You Want Somebody to Love and also did the album art.
We love this album and we hope you do to. You're either gonna love me, or you can't stand me.

CorporalClegg 23rd Sep 2023		Well, here's a surreal first–my first professional engineering credit! Rather chuffed to have had something I worked on pressed up to wax, and good practice to hear how it sounds as a finished physical mix.
