seanbss ● 23rd Aug 2021		I’ve got two slightly different pressings of this one…early one in textured sleeve, with square picture sleeve card inner and a later issue in smooth sleeve with curved picture sleeve card inner. Booklet as described by Graham7 is the same for both issues. Also found a later repress on black RCA U.K. label.



Graham7 18th Feb 2020		Added some missing images. My copy includes a 16 page booklet, the front of which I've added. Described in Notes as a 4 page booklet, this may describe the outer full colour cover, images of those 4 pages can be seen at the linked US release. The remaining 12 pages are black and white reproductions of old press articles and adverts, and is really interesting. I could photograph the complete thing if anyone wants to see it. Maybe later copies only included the outer cover part.
