Side 1 is engineered to sound as if it were on the radio, with ads. Side two is a selection of songs owned by CBS that could be licensed for your personalized album.
Note that recording contracts normally specify that the artist does not earn any royalties on promo records - in fact the artists are required to pay for their cover design, manufacture and shipping.
