Notes

A record which had been issued in the UK and then quickly licensed to both the USA and New Zealand. It gave label boss Nathan Joseph (N.J. in the sleeve notes) a war chest to record numerous important Jazz, Blues & Folk artists for his stable of Transatlantic labels. These included Transatlantic itself, XTRA and Big T for singles. He also imported Russian classical records and licensed from Prestige a whole series of Jazz and Blues from the USA.
