Fokeman 26th Jan 2020		Thanks, I was aware that Nits was Nuts. And yes, the words are quite disturbing. Apparently MacColl selected the best and only those which were "acceptable". If this is not worrying, I wonder what the rest were like? At least most bawdy ballads involved consensual acts!
