Vinyl Album
Notes This is the first and only Dunhill disc of 33.33 rpm that had featured Eddie Cano and His Quintet who were a popular strumental Afro-Cuban and Latin jazz band. Mr. Cano (the pianist) had four other band members, who were David Troncoso, the bass player, Eduardo Talamantes, the drummer, Franco Gutierrez, the percussionist and Max Gardugno, the conga drummer. Lastly, this Dunhill disc did not sell well, but the Eddie Cano Quintet were still a prosperous act at the P. J.’s nightclub which was located at 8151 Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood, CA.
