Then perhaps a stock of labels already existed? Leastways I know that they began putting Decca on the labels soon after this but there is no mention of Decca on disk or sleeve in this case. It may have been policy not to mention that Argo was part of Decca before this time?

Hi fokeman, Argo were at least under Decca's distribution by 1966 at the latest; I have Decca's 1966 catalogue at home, and the cover lists Argo Record Company Limited as well as The Decca Record Company Limited and Vogue Records Limited. (Vogue had also been at the Fulham Road address shown on the back cover here, but I believe they moved to the parent company's Albert Embankment HQ sometime around 1968/1969).

By all accounts before the take over of Argo Records by Decca. Note no mention of Decca on labels or sleeve.

This was reissued with a red top rather than the black top and with a different catalogue number - "ZFB 68" and in STEREO!
