(and they were a large enough chain, heron'll've been able to place substantial orders in return for their own label-name & perhaps corporate livery, or at least colours being used upon the sleeve-fronts & labels - merkin mass-market paperback publishers at the lower end of the market used to advertise their availability for such bulk industrial promotional arrangements, too.)(i don't know of a yuk-of-gb-and-norn-ironian p/b publisher doing so.)



TopPopper 6th May 2017		Yes, I believe Deacon and Gallery issued simultanously. Not sure why they used two imprints. There's also the Heron label to add to the mix, which I believe was created especially for the petrol (gas) station retailer of the same name.



ppint. 28th Apr 2017		i know - that's why i asked. - had they been from different music companies or multinationalmegacorpses, it'd've been more reliably regarded as an error - but with deacon? - yr hmbl srppnt. simply doesn't know.



Lovinda 28th Apr 2017		Not sure if they were released the same year, but both got same year printed on the labels. Sometime budget releases can be a very confusing task to handle..
