 As shown by the images I added, there are ( at least) two numbering variations for this releases.
DKAO-8-2893 and DKAO -82893.
The covers for both are identical

 I apologise for not having taken a photo of the whole inside cover. i wanted to make sure you saw the photos of Carl and Bruce properly so i halved it.. but I thought i did the whole inside of the foldout as well.

 The 3 diagonal black stripes that denote it as a record club issue looks fake. I assure it's real. it does not go all the way down to the photo like I 've seen on other BB albums, and it's discoloured compared to the white border. it's darker inbetween the black stripes. Another example of shoddy workmanship by Capitol. The photos inside of Carl And Bruce are different than the regular issue. the only vocals heard are at the end of Little Saint Nick
