 USA didn't start using the MCA label until very late 1972 or early 1973, and that was with the new logo and black rainbow label. The label design shown here is the same as that used in some other countries at the time, e.g. Australia, but the fonts used and the US rights society ASCAP lead me to believe that it's not an Australian pressing. I think it's most likely an export to a country where MCA couldn't use the Decca name, because that was controlled by British Decca and its licensees, maybe somewhere in Europe, Africa, or Asia/Pacific. I'm thinking Hong Kong/Malaysia/Singapore.

 My copy is on Decca ( the rainbow bar label ) and like this MCA release has the Decca prefix record number DL 75316.
