I suppose the question really is where was it released for sale. Two sites here and here list this as a 1987 release and so does the site who's name I dare not mention. So 1987 seems a reasonable place to start for the date. However, being released at the height of the 80's rockabilly revival and having links to the old Domino label make it a bit of a mystery. One thing will be for sure though and that is that Belgium would not have been the only intended market for this and given the little we know I would tend to go back to the USA as the country of release as the address of Domino Records (607 West 12th, Austin 1, Texas, USA) is given on the cover rather than go on the publishing rights evidence. European made independent reissues of old (and out of copyright) niche market artists found there way all over the world from the mid 80's on so this will be hard pin down. I'd be happier with Europe as the country because reissues like this we're not designed for a specific country of release rather they were aimed at a global market of collectors - in this case 50's rockabilly. A difficult one but there a many old blues releases that fit this mold too so it's a problem that will surface time and time again.
Although the address of Domino Records (607 West 12th, Austin 1, Texas, USA) is given on the cover, the actual record doesn`t look like an American pressing. "SABAM" on the label rather hints at European origin. [Moved from Notes posted by gnag150flow]
