Pete Fountain and the New Orleans All Stars are two separate artists of which Mr. Fountain is credited for playing South Rampart Street Parade, Sensation Rag, Jazz Me Blues and Bugle Call Rag, whereas the New Orleans All Stars play Sunset In Paradise, In The Shade Of The Old Apple Tree, Bayou Blues, Saint James Infirmary and When The Saints Go Marching In.

Despite the wonderful graphics of the Design Spectra Sonic Sound label and the marvelous nine tunes strumental, this LP and virtually every other Design disc was of poor quality that the "compatible" discs stereofonic of 33.33 rpm played so lousy by means of the phonograph monaurale that these discs became deeply scratched after a few plays. Accordingly, these discs were recalled and never reissued.

Nowadays,this disc and all the other Design discs of 33.33 are somewhat scarce, but NOT highly desirable collectibles simply because near-mint condition discs can still be purchased for less than $5 whereas an average condition could easily be bought for virtually no money.
