Album title on front cover and spine is just "Noresco." On the labels, it says "A&M Records And Noresco Present:"
This is a sampler album of all-Canadian artists signed to A&M.
Noresco was a brand of stereo equipment. They were the Canadian distributor for Dual turntables, and made stereo and quad receivers and amplifiers until Canadian production got too expensive. They then switched to rebranding Harmon-Kardon electronics and then Rotel.
