@bgray1: are you certain it's an old dunhill sleeve overprinted with white bars, "dunhill" on top of that in the lower left front corner, and the mca logo & details?
(it's far more likely that these are new-printed cover stock, created as cheaply as possible by making these changes to the original camera-ready copy; if they're over-printings of old covers, the printing of the mca details & logo will be impressed into the card/paper and board sleeves by the over-printing process.)
- n.b. there'll more than likely be an abc-dunhill and/or abc variant somewhere out there, too. . .
