Sebastian "Billy" Mure was a guitarist and composer who initially played the violin during childhood until he chose to professionally play the guitar. Mr. Mure developed his unique supersonic guitar style thru various genres, such as surf rock, Hawaiian music, swing, and popular music. He also recorded several albums during the 1950s and 1960s in a high fidelity that no one had previously ever done.

Despite the everlasting energy and enthusiasm that Mr. Mure played the guitar, this disc did not sell well, but years later this disc became a highly sought-after disc for those who enjoy listening to early guitar interpretations of popular standard tunes and different other tune types.

Lastly this was the final MGM disc of 33.33 rpm that was first issued both monaurally and stereofonically by means of the 1950s yellow label in the United States. However, the MGM records of Canada, which had the same catalog numbers that the US MGM issues had, continued to release the 1950s style yellow label discs of 33.33 rpm for a few years more.
