Sebastian "Billy" Mure was a guitarist and composer who initially played the violin during childhood until he chose to professionally play the guitar. Mr. Mure developed his unique supersonic guitar style thru various genres, such as surf rock, Hawaiian music, swing, and popular music. He also recorded several albums during the 1950s and 1960s in a high fidelity that no one had previously ever done.

Despite the everlasting energy and enthusiasm that Mr. Mure played the guitar, this disc sold no better than his first MGM Supersonic Guitars disc, but years later this Supersonic Guitars, Volume 2 disc became a highly sought-after disc for those who enjoy listening to early guitar interpretations of popular standard tunes and different other tune types.
