I REALLY DON'T WANT TO KNOW was recorded on June 19, 1962 in only one take and done so specifically for the release of this album. Connie Francis previously recorded this same song on February 9, 1959 and it remained in the vaults, unissued, until the release of the Germany BEAR FAMILY BCD 15616 5-CD set titled PINK LIPSTICK, WHITE SOCKS AND STUPID CUPID whereby it was included.

The stereo edition of COUNTRY MUSIC CONNIE STYLE includes a different take of I'M A FOOL TO CARE and is commonly referred to as the STEREO version of this song title.
