All 12 of the above titles were recorded between May 21st & May 25th, 1965 at EMI's No. 1 Studio in Abbey Road, London. On June 3rd,1965 Connie overdubbed her Greek vocal to MISIRLOU and all three French vocals to LA VIE EN ROSE, WHAT NOW MY LOVE and MILORD. The original recordings of these titles remain unreleased as does her May 21st versions of MACK THE KNIFE and THE BOY FROM IPANEMA, the latter being re-recorded on May 25th. Two complete takes of MACK THE KNIFE resulted from the re-recording of this title on May 24th. The first of trhese was included in the above mono compilation and the second appears on the stereo editions.

Both mono and stereo editions were rushed out within a month of Connie's Greek/French overdubs. This resulted in a confusing variety of album sleeve and/or label title differences:

Bobby 1950s 29th Mar 2022		Connie's recordings of 'And i Love Him' and 'The Girl From Ipanema' are Lounge classics sung by her. Connie sings 'And i Love Him' better than anyone, including the Beatles !
