There appears to be plenty of confusion about not only the title of this L.P., but the name of the artist:

FRONT LP SLICK
Very earliest pressings (Canadian anyway) are clearly titled NEFERTITI and the artist is clearly SAM THE SHAM AND THE PHARAOHS. The photo is of a rather imposing statuette of the legendary Egyptian queen next to Sam.
Later issues replace the NEFERTITI shot with a colour one of Sam and his band at a nightclub; only the name THE SAM THE SHAM REVUE appears.

LP SPINE
Pressings titled NEFERTITI on the front slick are also titled NEFERTITI on the spine; artist name shows as SAM THE SHAM AND THE PHARAOHS.

REAR LP SLICK
All pressings are simply shown as THE SAM THE SHAM REVUE with B&W photos of Sam and band at apparently the same nightclub, along with studio shots.

LP LABEL
Some pressings (q.v., U.S.A.-linked section) replicate the approach taken for the first L.P. front slick: with the L.P. title as NEFERTITI and the artist as SAM THE SHAM AND THE PHAROAHS. Other pressings simply state THE SAM THE SHAM REVUE.
