Notes

The first record in a series of 8 records of Irish Poetry, which was designed to prepare students for their school exams. They were released every year in pairs with a record for the "Intermediate Certificate" and another for the "Leaving Certificate" preparation. The last two (7 & 8) were poetry LPs by one poet rather than a compendium of poetry recited by a variety of performers.
