Album front is a reproduction of USA design but with Italian wording printed in black. The US subtitle "Connie Francis sings songs from METRO-GOLDWYN-MAYER'S Presentation of 'FOLLOW THE BOYS" is replaced with the Italian translation 'CONNIE FRANCIS CANTA I MOTIVI DAL FILM M.G.M. 'PER SEMPRE CON TE' FOLLOW THE BOYS. Album liner is the same as US original, save for the substituted sub-title and the additional of Italian manufacturing and distribution credits.

Label on Side 1 bears the title "CONNIE FRANCIS PRESENTA LE CANZONI DAL FILM "PER SEMPRE CONT TE". No title is listed on label to Side 2.
