Graham7 7th Feb 2015		You've inspired me to get my copy out, and I find it's from New Zealand with the addition of the hit, so I've added it EMC 3226. (edit: all images now added, no inner sleeve for NZ, and the back cover has the G&L printers credit overprinted to obscure it)
