It used to confuse me that it says (P) 1981 CBS, Inc. on the label and (C) 1982 CBS, Inc./(P) 1982 CBS, Inc. on the jacket and inner sleeve and it says All Songs (C) 1982, especially when I saw "Who Can It Be Now" video on VH1's Pop Up Videos in the mid-late 90's when one of the bubble messages said that this video was filmed in August, 1981. I thought to myself, It must be a misprint. Then many years later, I found out that the "Business As Usual" album was released in Australia in November, 1981 which makes perfect sense to me. They should've put (C) 1981, 1982 CBS, Inc./(P) 1981 CBS, Inc. or (C) 1982 CBS, Inc./(P)1981 CBS, Inc. Or (C) 1982 CBS, Inc./(P) 1981, 1982 on the label, jacket and inner sleeve, and All Songs (C) 1981 on the inner sleeve in which would've been way less confusing and made perfect sense, especially knowing that the album was released in Australia in November, 1981 and released in the U.S. in May, 1982.
