'Perception Report 1' consists of tracks which originated as a session recorded for Phantom Circuit in February 2020.

Perception Report 1 is the first in a series of “borderland excursions
into assorted strangeness” and has its origins in a session for the
longrunning Phantom Circuit radio show. It’s not a bad place to start,
comprising six tracks of weird mood music whose simple melodies
serve rather than overwhelm the pervasive atmosphere of
supernatural threat (director Harry Bromley Davenport’s
all-electronic score for his 1982 sci-fi shocker Xtro springs to mind)." Joseph
