Odd as it may seem, all issues of this on vinyl are rare, and worth money...
I think it is because of a combination of two factors - Firstly, it is perhaps one of the prime examples of the predominance of the CD age of the time meaning not many were deemed vinyl worthy (You can find hundreds of the CD issue for peanuts), and then secondly, because it is a "best of" of a popular band, the market, or to use that horrible word "demographic" were less likely to bother with a vinyl issue and anyone who was serious about vinyl at the time might not have bothered with this title so much.
There are three vinyl issues I can see: This European one, a U.S.A issue, and a more recent, Limited Edition Japanese issue with obi.
Ebay and discogs have a couple of each (less so on ebay) which may set you back from around £60 and up.
(There are more optimistic listings on ebay, but this seems to be founded on the fact that it does seem to be selling when listed in auctions very well when it comes up,
and has appreciating rapidly over the last few months - a couple have gone for about £150 in auctions)
The package is a satisfyingly heavy 2lp in single, double thickness sleeve with inners
(not gatefold).
