One day a disco will pop up I hope TopPopper 15th Nov 2013 I see what you mean. You could be right, but many of the budget labels brought their best-of-year LPs out in time for Christmas. Since they were releasing regular LPs anyway, they had all the recordings ready for a compilation, including the latest hits on their most recent standard album. Still, in this case it might have been issued after the New Year. Difficult to know how to find out. lorangrecords SUBS15th Nov 2013 I know that this cat# is a border case, but to know all the "chartbusters" of 1972, I think the year must have passed.?? TopPopper 14th Nov 2013 Don't think so, mate. (Anyone got a copy of the Guinness Book of British Hit Singles?) lorangrecords SUBS14th Nov 2013 Chartbusters 1972.
