 The images show left cover single thick, right double thick gate-fold, which is the same as mine bought 1967.

 originally released with a centre-loading half-way to a proper gate-fold sleeve; see description of the nirvana "story of simon simopath" sleeve construction. eventually issued/reissued in the 70s with a full double-thickness real gate-fold sleeve (reissue prob'ly of the stereo mix only).

 as per island's habit so long as they issued both mono and stereo cuttings/pressings of their lps, the stereo lp cat# is/was ilps 9061 - other details aside of matrix nos. & advice of the stereophonic nature remaining identical. (the insertion of a "0" to distinguish between mono & stereo versions was doomed to fail within two-three years (pretty immediately after the release of any ilp999/ilps 9099...)
