kevinfrench 10th Feb 2021		Got the booklet & both photos in my UK copy too, but I didn't get it new, so they may have been a later addition.



Hawkmarty SUBS 2nd May 2017		So it appears that the 2 photos and the lyric booklet were standard issue with the US copy. I wonder how they ended up in my UK copy...



Hawkmarty SUBS 4th Sep 2013		My copy came with a 10" by 8" black and white photograph and a 16 page lyric booklet.
