Produced by David Hentschel.
Lyric inner sleeve, some issues with poster insert.
Palm-tree 'Burbank' or buff labels.

| | Uploaded the buff label issue. This also came with the same inner sleeve and poster.
Please excuse the square crops. Recently got an Android phone and don't have access to the laptop at the moment.
Update- found a couple of apps that do circular crops by requesting this in the search bar. Both I've tried convert only to PNG files. This can be rectified by using a file converter app that converts to JPGs. |

| | One album I wanted but didn't buy until 10 years ago. Mint buff label copy. Unlike my UK issue of "Novella" it's a superb pressing.
A truly superb album. |

| | I'm begining to realize that the records that have given me the most pleasure are often the cheapest, and least valuable (right now that is!... give it time though, that could change.), wheras the rarer records are often disappointing (rare for a reason it seems).
I think that goes for me too come to think of it as rarer records generally end up falling short for some reason or other and don't get played as much.
I haven't heard this album and only really familiar with the Keith Relf era of the band but by goodness, "Northern Lights" is a true classic single. Wonderful song. |

| | Nice memories Judge.
I've seen a couple of these at the booties in the last year, but when I poked my nose in this one to discover both inner sleeve and poster present, I was over the moon. Only a pound too!
So it kind of affirms my faith that it is possible to find the things you want if you give it time, and are patient.
I'm begining to realize that the records that have given me the most pleasure are often the cheapest, and least valuable (right now that is!... give it time though, that could change.), wheras the rarer records are often disappointing (rare for a reason it seems).
I'm still trying to make my ultimate mix CD of these first musical memories of mine from that 77-79/1980 era. Nearly there!
(And thanks robo... I notice more Renaissance on the site today!) |

| | My original copy from 1978 had the buff-coloured WB labels. Unfortunately, I had to bin it after I'd dropped the pick up on Side 1 track 1 and knackered it.
And I didn't get a poster with mine... (sob!).
My replacement copy had the Burbank labels, as shown.
I did a couple of blog posts about this LP last year: one about 'Northern Lights', and the other about the title track. |

Magic Marmalade 27th May 2015
| | Inner sleeve scans added.
My front cover also has a sticker on it too it turns out, so not much point in me adding that. |

| | Poster measures: 20" x 30". Cat# bottom left, "Made In England By Robor Ltd." text bottom right - both in blue. |

| | Poster added (exposure adjusted slightly to see the "rain")
Well that was a struggle!
...it was like wrestlemania there with me and my scanner; Feeding it through a piece at a time - 10 scans in all, and then stitching panoramas two pieces at a time so ICE could cope, then stitching top row, then bottom row together (The poster design didn't help any, as it was hard to make sure I had picture sections that overlapped), then a complete stitch.
I need a cup of coffee before going at the rest! |

Magic Marmalade 26th May 2015
| | I didn't even notice the stickers!
...but I will add that too - at least we'll have a spare!
My labels are identical to yours, so no need to replace them. |

TheJudge 26th May 2015
| | You could add the front cover as well, because my scan has those stickers on it.
Is yours the Burbank label or the buff one? |

Magic Marmalade 26th May 2015
| | Had a crackin' day at the boot fair yester... not volume wise, but got emerson, lake and palmer: Trilogy in great nick, Lindisfarne: Nicely Out of Tune on pink scroll charisma, and this!
As well as someone I know giving me a huge box of singles and a couple of albums... BONANZA!!!!
But I have to say this is the one that most pleased me to get... and it has the poster in it, so I'll figure out how to scan that at some point (Inner sleeve too), and put them up here. |
