 As far as I can remember the Dutch comments were only a "whim". (Bingo speaks Dutch).

 Not only liner notes are in Dutch, also album title, side designation AND label name. (In German it would be Kuhherder). Same for the Lefty Frizzell on the label. Clearly intended for Dutch market I think
