Despite the presence of company address and telephone number on the album liners, this entry is an illegally produced collection of material originally recorded for MGM Records and Mati-Mor Supercords.

Liner and labels both contain mis-spelling and mis-titling of four of the selections. The liner also carries a notice advising that the sleeve illustration - an unattractive shot of a clouded sky - is a commercial concept for the album.
