 Discogs has this released in 1971, although all the tracks are from the 1964-1968 period.
It seems the L.P. release was timed to coincide with the release of his 1964 recording "I Need Someone (To Love Me)" which was a U.S. hit on Kent 4547 in 1971 (BB Hot 100 #86, BB R&B #30) and was issued by Kent to cash in on the success of the newly recorded "Don't Make Me Pay For His Mistakes" on Hill 222 (BB Hot 100 #62, BB R&B #17).

In 1984 a U.K. issue of this L.P., with two extra tracks, came out on Kent 018 and more on Z.Z. Hill's career can be read on the rear sleeve of that release.
