I suspect this to be a bootleg, although the catalog # fits into the Tops discography in the mid 1950s. Some of the songs were not recorded until the early 1960s. Tops Records was known for making cover versions of pop hits, and would not likely lease real records, or put them on a 16 track LP. Cover is flimsy, light weight card paper.
