| | I've tweaked the date and slightly changed the label descriptions for clarity. |

| | Thanks earlybird, I don't think I ever saw an issue of "Australian Record & Cassette Monthly", but then I did spend more time in the import record shops than the "local" ones! Why such a short publication span? Could it perhaps have been overpriced, like the AMSCAT catalogue, which was roughly the size of the US Schwann but about ten times the price? |

| | I think I might be mistaken about the album already being out when the single charted; original overseas (UK? US?) release date given in itunes and wikipedia was 5 December 1975. Festival were never that quick off the mark back then, so I would just say 1976 for the Australian release date. |

| | And also - the single of "No Woman, No Cry" entered the Australian singles chart the week of 10 November 1975 (I think the album might already have been out), and the album entered the album chart the week of 23 February 1976. |

| | Hi Lee, it's a 1981 (maybe) pressing of a 1975 release, I checked some other nearby numbers in Discogs and they are all from around that time. Because Discogs is also a sale site, where the differences in pressings are important to some buyers, they want a different entry and release date for each pressing variation, whereas here we only need one entry for each catalogue number, and the different labels can be added as images. I think in 1975 Australia might still have had the first version of Island's palm tree label - that's the one with the word Island in the shape of an actual island - but it could have been the next palm tree label, which was the orange and blue one. I thought the day and night labels above might actually have come in a little earlier than 1981, but I'm not 100% sure now. |

| | I got the date of release from Discogs (not exactly a reliable source, I know) but tend to think this is an 80's release judging by the label. Did it really take 6 years for this to get an Australian release? Can anyone fill in (that's you PhilMH) the story with this one? Was it a posthumous cash in release because it was not released here at all in 1975? |
