I thought I'd leave it on rather than airbrush it out as it looked faintly Indian in style and it is a nice thought that it may have belonged to one of Ravi's countrymen. And the sleeve is so scruffy it is only a matter of time before it is replaced - hopefully.



ppint. 13th Aug 2017		wrt comment on the apparent dates clash in "notes": this was a merkin world pacific recording, and i've a uk single from the lp that appeared on the fontana label here in 1965/6 iirc, as did the uk lp, originally. . . (goes to check...) 6/66 TF712 song from the hills b/w dhun; and the merkin single was half a year earlier, in 1/66, so the (p) 1965 date is correct. n.b. this is not the release date of the uk liberty label lp, nor is that claimed by the (p) date.
